Here at Man of Impact, we base everything we do on one core belief:
“The extent of your true impact on the lives of others depends entirely on the quality of your relationship with Jesus Christ.”
In other words, on our own we have very little of real worth to offer anybody – because as fallen men we just don’t have the knowledge, wisdom, and strength to live and love others the way we should. It is only what overflows from the work Christ is doing in and through us that has any real value in the lives of the people we are called to love and serve.
The One Thing we must do to have maximum impact in our marriages, parenting, work, and ministry efforts is pursue Christ before everything else, period.
That’s easy to say, but a lot harder to live out on a moment by moment basis – which is why I put so much emphasis on helping men grow in their walks with Christ. I know that if I can help you maximize your spiritual life, improvements in your marriage, parenting, work and ministry pursuits will naturally follow. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 –
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
